With over 12 years of sports medicine physiotherapy experience, I can help you get back to what you want to do!
I’m a father, physiotherapist, and athlete. I know that being a dad is tough, both physically, and mentally. I’m here to share some of my experience and expertise, and provide you with some resources to help get you through this amazing adventure!
In my physiotherapy practice I use a variety of manual therapy, dry needling and exercise based techniques - merging my passion for strength and conditioning into rehabilitation. Not only do I help dads, but I love to work with all kinds of athletes, such as golfers, swimmers, and weight lifters. I have a special interest in shoulder, hip and knee rehabilitation.
